And this year it stretched out to a week and a half! Hehe
Started off with my work buddies giving me LOTS of love!

Dinner and a movie..

Ventured out to Farrelli’s for dinner and a movie.
So inventive..love the idea of movie theater and a restaurant all in one!
A lil “Rocketman” before the movie.
So u order and begin eating before the movie starts
and they give u a buzzer and u buzz the server
if you need n e thing during the movie.
Love the concept but it would really tight if…
~DREAMMODE~
they had nifty snax like cotton candy and rootbeer floats.
And the servers wore old timey movie usher outfits..
Ahh..only in my dreams…

This totally gets stuck in your head!!!
Makes me want to watch House Party.
I still, to this day, LOVE that movie!
This shit makes me want to coordinate a dance routine
with someone so that when I am out dancing…
we can just break it out. Ya!!
I want to rock sum 90’s, NOT, Bill Cosby, sweaters
and tights this winter.
I saw sum at the GWill but… I hesitated.
We’ll give it a shot. Hopefully it doesn’t look mad crazy.
SIDENOTE: I hope somebody throws a party like this
or a tacky Xmas Sweater Party.

Luckily they will be in Fresno from 7/17-10/10 2010.

You gotta love a place that has GO-GO in the title!
Been wanting to go to this place since my cuz Gloria went awhile back
and told me that they had Karaoke rooms. YES!!
Unf. they were all booked up when my friend Danielle
and her friend Michela and I went for Happy Hour.
First and foremost…yes..indeed..the food was tasty.
Sushi and apps..were yum.
The drinks are so damn cutely named..that I can’t handle it..
The loveliness enjoying a “Harajuku Lover”.
The infamous “Hello Kitty drink.
(Apparently, they used to have actual HK glasses. I
dunno maybe that’s an urban myth.)

Mini-Campfire Marshmallow Roast

So the other nite my ghetto-fabulous friendos and I were lounging about… having an impromptu mini (becz I love everything in small form) campfire..using the decorative candle on the kitchen table and the miniest of marshmallows. Ironically, it had all started when I had said how much I had enjoyed roasting marshmallows and we quickly remembered we had a bag from our (also impromptu) Christmas in July night. So we grabbed sum forx n roasted them up!
Small + toasted=Goodz!
But it got me thinking about what other marshmallows fun u could have…

Yes Indeed! This place has 15 different kinds of lemonades.
And they make the lemonades like slushees with crushed ice. So bomb!
and they come with a cute lil’ umbrella…loves..

Homemade
Mint Chocolate Chip
Eye Scream
I have never made homemade ice cream
so I thought I’d give it a try.
Sooo..u get a lil zip bag and u fill w?
- BASIC-
1 tablespoon sugar
1/2 cup milk or half & half
MINT CHOCO :
1/4 peppermint
two drops green food coloring
and you get a BIG zip and
fill 1/2 way with ice and 6 tbs of rock salt
U put the small bag in the big bag…
and you shake it…
This is me…shakey shakin’ it..
for approx. 5 minutos..
Then..
u take out the Eye Scream
and..
Add in some chopped candies..
..
and EATS!!!
We did it the ol’ school way
but I would ♥ to get one of these cool
Play and Freeze Magic Ice Cream Ballies
Same basic principle but you can throw or roll the ball
and it would probably not cause Arctic frost bite on my
fingertips..probably..
All this talk has me thinking…
I want to meet..
