For Vday the hubby and I went to see the Chihuly exhibit at the Desert Botanical Gardens.
Chihuly is an artist famous for his blown glass artwork.
It was pretty interesting to see the artwork set with the background of the desert life.
The Yellow Tower.
We saw it light up as we were leaving
but unfortunately I didn’t get any photos.
Afterwards, we went to eat at Mastro’s Steakhouse.
The hubby loves a good steak and this place was wonderful.
Very expensive but you are really paying for the atmosphere.
It made me feel like we were in an old movie
with servers in white uniforms,
bathroom attendants, and hostesses to take your coats.
The steak was, indeed, very good (mine was a bone-in)
and the service was very respectful and eager to please.
